i was going to stay out of this because quite frankly it's become tedious and boring, but then i came across this article by emily carter, one of my favorite minnesota writers and author of glory goes and gets some.

Great article. But I agree that this whole Frey thing is boring.

It amazes me that such an uproar is being made over this guy's book, yet the professional liars in D.C. are never taken to task by anyone in the media.

Sigh. It's a new world, I guess.

Frey has had his 15 minutes, and the more the media talks about his LIES, the richer he becomes. Far from bitter and resentful, I'm bored with him. The only thing that makes me crazy is when people like Oprah and others try and twist the truth. There are lies, then there are damned lies. Frey's book falls in both categories.
