forbidden

have you been FORBIDDEN?

there's a lot of that going on around here, and this is apparently the reason:

Read the following Status report from Blogger:
Thursday, March 16, 2006

The filer that we have been having trouble with in the last few days
failed again. Those blogs that are stored on the bad filer are
temporarily not available for publishing and viewing. We are working on
replacing the filer and restoring access to the blogs affected.

My blog (The Write Thing) is one of those experiencing this problem. :(
Hopefully, it will be corrected soon.
Thanks for posting this, Anne. :)

Blogger has been pretty jacked up lately. Luckily, I was accessible during the failed filer problem, but I couldn't publish new posts last night. Seems like we're in better shape now.

BTW, you can check out status.blogger.com to get the read on current problems. They don't always make this site a prominent link, but if you remember the address, you can pop by when you want.

*sigh* Yeah, it sucks.

FORBIDDEN sounds much sexier than "can't get on the site."

Dang, Jeff was up, and now he's gone again. It's like alien abduction. Jeff, you don't have any gaps in your memory do you?

Yeah, down again too. But I'm distracting myself by playing flash again at the Tenmiles blog. hehe.

i guess it's a good sign that it was at least up for awhile. i'll bet they just don't have the right tools. probably had to run to home depot for a pipe wrench.

jer, forbidden is pretty sexy. :D

jeff's blog isn't working even though blogger says everything has been fixed. :(
is the whole thing gone? has anybody ever lost an entire blog?

The Write Thing is back. At least for now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. :)

I've been having trouble with the forbidden thing. My own page and others. Sometimes, refreshing it worked, other times it was down for the count.

I've had problems, too, Anne. It seems to be up and running now. Keeping fingers crossed.
