Johari window

emeraldcite posted this on his blog. it's pretty cool.

The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingram in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built.

It is pretty cool, and it tracks your results. If you hover your mouse over each option, it lets you know what others think of you.

Also, everything's pretty positive. Good thing, otherwise I might get sardonic and arsehole...:)

It is cool. I did it and think I'll jump on the bandwagon too. Looks like fun. :)

thanks for participating! pretty interesting. wish it had a few more adjectives -- not talking arsehole. :D

i would have liked to have seen intuitive and instinctual on there. some might also like to add whiner.
