I really liked the David Gould character. He was, by far, the most dynamic in Play Dead. It was a great read.
I have to say that I'm really enjoying Pale Immortal. The characterization in it is amazing.

a certain... ahem... person in charge called david gould "despicable, with no redeeming qualities."
that was quite a high point in my writing career. i don't think i'll ever forget that comment. maybe i should start using it as a blurb! :D
i'm glad you're enjoying PI! you can probably tell that i love writing teenagers.
Really great backstory! Yes, I too, fell for David Gould. *sigh* ;D
Your post at The Idea Boutique is very good. Play Dead is a great book. :)

What do you mean about zombies, exactly? You write as if there actually have been zombies.
Why is it 2:45 a.m. as I write this? Am I supposed to be able to go back to sleep now?!
now i suppose you'll try to tell me the crack fairy isn't real. hands over ears. lalalalalalala.
