play dead at the idea boutique

my post is now up at the idea boutique:

Turn on the news and there's another story about somebody waking up in an autopsy suite just as the Y incision begins.

I really liked the David Gould character. He was, by far, the most dynamic in Play Dead. It was a great read.

I have to say that I'm really enjoying Pale Immortal. The characterization in it is amazing.

I have to say that you've worried far too much. :)

Did I mention that I'm a picky reader?

a certain... ahem... person in charge called david gould "despicable, with no redeeming qualities."

that was quite a high point in my writing career. i don't think i'll ever forget that comment. maybe i should start using it as a blurb! :D

You know that point where the music had been happily playing along but all of a sudden the needle screeches to a halt on the vinyl?

What do you mean about zombies, exactly? You write as if there actually have been zombies.

Why is it 2:45 a.m. as I write this? Am I supposed to be able to go back to sleep now?!
